WHAT IS PRIVATE LENDING?

Private lending allows you to provide a loan directly to a real estate investor, with the security of real estate as collateral. As a private money investor, you receive a first or second mortgage, ensuring your legal interest in the property and safeguarding your investment. When we discover a property priced significantly below market value, we offer our private lenders the opportunity to fund its purchase and rehabilitation. This approach can deliver exceptionally high returns, often yielding interest rates 8 to 10 times higher than those offered by bank CDs and other traditional investment plans.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

The process is simple and efficient. First, we identify an undervalued property to purchase. Once you approve the investment, we borrow the funds from you to acquire and renovate the property. At closing, you receive a mortgage on the property along with all necessary documentation. We then begin renovations, which typically take 3-6 months depending on the project's scope. After the renovations are complete, we list and sell the property. Upon closing, you receive your principal plus an 8-12% interest payment. Our goal is to continually reinvest and generate substantial profits for you, fostering a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
